Refund & Cancellation Policy

KMR Garage Door is committed to transparent, fair service. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds related to garage door repair and installation services.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers in need of service.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for immediate rescheduling and will be accommodated based on our next available availability.

2. Refunds on Completed Services

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you have a concern about a completed repair or installation, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where the concern is related to our workmanship, we will address it at no additional charge.

Refunds are not issued for completed services where the agreed-upon work was performed as described and approved by the customer prior to start.

3. Parts and Materials

Standard parts: Standard replacement parts (springs, rollers, cables, sensors, etc.) that are unused and in original condition may be eligible for return at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee.

Special order items: Custom or special-order garage doors and components that have been ordered specifically for your project may not be eligible for full refund once the order has been placed, as these items are non-returnable to the supplier.

We will always notify you before ordering special-order items and obtain your written or verbal approval.

4. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with our service is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the result of a repair or installation, please contact us directly so we have the opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
